Ukrainian startups that combine AI and hardware can win $10,000 for development at the Deep Tech Accelerator
The non-profit organization AI HOUSE has announced the start of registration for the Deep Tech Accelerator: Hardware Edition for early-stage startups that combine artificial intelligence and physical devices. What are the conditions?
For four months, teams will work as experts, founders, and industry representatives at the Deep Tech Accelerator: Hardware Edition, according to the press release.
They will receive: expert support for product optimization, preparation for production and certification, mentorship from engineers, entrepreneurs, and representatives of hardware companies, practical workshops and intensives, AMA sessions, as well as field trips to production facilities.
The final stage will be Demo Day, where startups will present their products to investors and potential partners, and the winning team will receive $10,000 for scaling.
«There is enough technical talent in Ukraine, but there are few places where their ideas can turn into a real product, especially at the intersection of AI and hardware. We are launching an accelerator that speaks to engineers in their language — without water, with real mentors, access to investors and production partners,» explained Bohdan Ponomar, CEO of AI HOUSE.
Which startups can join the Deep Tech Accelerator: Hardware Edition?
The program is open to early-stage teams that already have a prototype, MVP, or proven technology. Applicants can apply
- Hardware and deep tech startups at an early stage: teams with a ready-made prototype or MVP that develop solutions in the areas of AI and ML, smart robotics, dual-use, IoT, electronics, aerospace, greentech, biotech, agritech, etc.
- Technology founders and engineer entrepreneurs: hardware, embedded systems, or manufacturing specialists who are looking to strengthen business competencies and find investors.
- Scientists and researchers: teams from universities and laboratories that have a proven technology and are looking to launch it as a commercial product.
Deep Tech Accelerator: Hardware Edition will take place from January to April 2026 offline in Kyiv and online and is a free program for startups. For participants from other cities, the organizers provide partial compensation for accommodation and tickets.
After submitting an application, the team will undergo a short online interview with community experts. Each application is reviewed individually, and the selection results are sent within seven business days of the interview.
You can apply for the Deep Tech Accelerator: Hardware Edition via the link until December 19th.
Previously, AI HOUSE, which develops the AI startup community in Ukraine, held the WinWin Deep Tech Accelerator. It hosted eight Ukrainian startups that attracted investments after the program.
The winner and owner of a $10,000 grant was the startup EYA (Enhance Your Ability), which is developing a platform for assistive communication for children with speech impairments.
